What you are buying, in plain words — and where the binding text will be by the time there is something to buy.
The shape of the deal
AgentCron is commercial, closed-source software. What you buy is the built application and a licence to use it. The source code is not part of the purchase and is not published.
The licence is for a person, not a machine. A laptop and a desktop are one purchase. Validation is designed to work offline, against a signature — no activation server, and nothing that stops working if the project does.
There is no server side to the purchase. The app runs entirely on your Mac, so there is nothing to fund monthly and no account behind the licence. What the app can reach on the network, and how to check that yourself, is on the privacy page.
Where the binding text is
Nothing on this site can take your money today, so there is no licence agreement to accept yet. The full agreement is published on this page before checkout goes live, and the deal it will bind is the one already published in the open: $89, once, thirty days money back, for any reason or none, every update within this major version included, and a future major version as a separate purchase.
The price and the refund policy were published first, in full, on purpose: the day a Buy button appears, nothing about the deal changes except the button.
What the purchase does not include
The full list is on the pricing page rather than repeated here. The two worth restating are the blunt ones: no source code — this is a closed-source product, and no tier or promise changes that — and no support contract: one person answers everything, with no response-time commitment.
